Rhythmic Gymnastics
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a beautiful combination of music, choreography and a gymnast with her apparatus. There are five different apparatus: the rope, the hoop, the ball, the clubs and the ribbon. Individual exercises are limited to 90 seconds per apparatus and emphasize mastery and agility. In group exercises, five gymnasts work together for a maximum of two and a half minutes per exercise. The choice of the apparatus is determined by the regulations for each Olympic cycle. Rhythmic Gymnastics is becoming more and more popular around the world.
Elise is a top quality Rhythmic Gymnastics Club in Finland. We offer professional, high quality coaching. The gymnasts practise and compete both in individual and group competitions. Our priorities are: to support a lifelong healthy way of living, to give healthy physical education, to corroborate a good self-esteem, to support a self-reliant and determined gymnastics, to advance gymnastics ability, agility and skills.
